On the second Tuesday (and the fourth Tuesday of those months with 5 Tuesdays) of every month we
visit restaurants in the Bergen County area for lunch. About a week prior, we
circulate an email to all Club members identifying the restaurant and
asking for their RSVP so we can inform our host how many to expect. We
assemble in the parking lot of the Glen Rock Community Church at about 11:45
AM and form a carpool for the trip to the chosen dining spot. Each participant
pays his own tab. We started in late 2025 and, so far (March 2026), we’ve
visited a pizza parlor, a pastrami sandwich specialist, a kosher deli, and a
Chinese restaurant. Bergen County and vicinity offer just about every cuisine
in the world, and we intend to sample them all! Join us!
